Having attained partner status at Dickinson Architects a few years prior, Erin Armstrong was looking for what her next professional opportunity would be when she noticed an absence of woman-led architecture and interior design firms in the Augusta, Georgia, area. Seeing this void as an opportunity for expansion and personal growth, Ms. Armstrong approached her business partner of nearly 15 years, Nicholas Dickinson, who agreed to lend his expertise as she started her own firm, Armison Architecture and Interiors, LLC, in early 2019.

The two Georgia Tech graduates have a combined 40 years of experience and a proven track record of providing their clients with unique design solutions, while advocating for those clients throughout the design and construction process. Being one of the only woman-owned architecture firms in Augusta’s River Region will allow Ms. Armstrong to reach new markets and serve sectors untapped. The two are known for their attention to detail and thoughtful design solutions. Erin and Nick will bring their expertise and commitment to Armison Architecture and Interiors’ clients.
